Description
I like to provide as much information on the items as possible - therefore the descriptions can sound negative at times. I have a tendency to undergrade to be safe. If you check out the comments left by my previous buyers you will see they agree!
General grading terms used:
V.v.slight & v.slight - hardly worth mentioning these defects!
slight - small defect but noticeable if you look carefully.
some - more noticeable defect but still not a show stopper.
If there is no prefix - e.g yellowing/browning that means that the defect is more pronounced. This will be reflected in the grade and price.
I will sometimes grade 2 comics (of the same title e.g. 2000 AD) with the same description but have a different price for both. Obviously the higher price item is in slightly better condition, but the lower price item is not in bad enough condition to warrant slipping a grading level.
Sale Terms
I would like to be paid by cheque, postal order, Nochex, Fastpay or Paypal within 7 days of order. If buyer is from the UK then Paypal will not be accepted due to high transaction costs. Once the cheque has cleared the goods will be despatched. If you are not completely satisfied the goods will be refunded, if received back in same condition and within 14 days. I can provide a scan of any comic if necessary to verify condition (I promise not to digitally enhance!)

Shipping & Postage & Packing : Postage Guide
Buyer pays shipping charges, seller ships internationally(worldwide). There is a minimum postage rate for 1 - 6 comics. The postal guide on 26pigs gives a good idea of the P&P rates applicable. Costs will always be kept to a minimum unless buyer requests a more expensive form of shipping. All comics come individually wrapped in a plastic protective sleeve.
These sleeves can be omitted for cheaper P&P rates if required (4p a sleeve).
I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post - sorry! I always ask for a certificate of posting which guarantees a moderate level of compensation for lost parcels. Extra postal insurance can be purchased at the expense of the comic buyer - please let me know if you need this.
